Female Leadership In Action: How Berlin's startup scene can fix its gender problem and deliver real equality.

As a city, Berlin prides itself on being open-minded and liberal in its outlook. Its startup scene, however, does not always subscribe to the same values. In this roundtable discussion featuring leaders from across the city's startup spectrum, we will shift our focus to the solutions. What can be done to address sexism in startup workplaces? What practical steps can we take to promote female leaders and achieve real equality? What can we change as individuals – and what responsibilities do businesses have, too? Join us for a practical, insightful discussion that gets beyond the statistics to discuss real solutions for how employees and employers of all genders can affect change.

Reserve your spot for an inspiring roundtable discussion focused on practical solutions for fostering female leadership and promoting real gender equality in Berlin's startup scene.
